The Craft: Micro-Portraiture & Concert Glow

Bringing the look of a live performance to a micro-canvas required an incredible level of fine-line hand painting and layered glitter chemistry.

• The Golden Maknae Portrait: The undisputed focal point of the set is the photorealistic portrait of Jungkook. Using a single-hair detail brush, our artists perfectly captured his facial features, hair texture, and the reflection of stage lights across a vibrant crimson backdrop.

• The Army Bomb Lightstick: We recreated the iconic fan lightstick using a dynamic multi-step process. As seen in the process video, we built a shifting, celestial glitter base before hand-painting the sleek silhouette of the lightstick and the pink BTS logo over top.

• Graphic Fandom Detailing: From a hand-drawn hot air balloon floating across a starry sky to a geometric floral crest and bold lyric text strips, each nail serves as an individual piece of merchandise.
