Cursed Speech: Toge Inumaki’s Jujutsu Masterpiece

For this custom commission, we captured the quiet intensity and explosive power of the Tokyo Jujutsu High student. This 10-piece narrative set blends traditional anime cel-shading with raw, sketched manga panels and a supernatural glow that activates when the lights go out.

The Vision: Salmon, Roe, and Cursed Energy

The goal for this set was to showcase the duality of Inumaki—his calm, protective nature and the sheer force of his Cursed Speech. We chose a Long Coffin shape to provide the necessary vertical canvas for his iconic high-collared look and detailed manga artwork.

• The Palette: We utilized a crisp white and deep obsidian black base, accented by the cool blues and purples of the Tokyo High uniform.

• Dual Styles: One hand features photorealistic, colored character portraits, while the other leans into the gritty, monochromatic aesthetic of the manga pages.

The Craft: Artistry That Speaks Volumes

Bringing a high-tier sorcerer to life required a mix of Micro-Fine Line Work and specialized bioluminescent pigments.

• The Cursed Seal: We painstakingly hand-painted the "Snake and Fangs" seal on the corners of Inumaki’s mouth and his megaphone, using microscopic precision to ensure the lines are as sharp as his commands.

• Manga paneling: As seen in the close-up footage, we recreated key panels featuring Inumaki and Yuta Okkotsu. Using a single-hair brush, we achieved the "sketch" texture that mimics original manga ink.

• The "Don't Move" Reveal: In the dark, the manga-inspired hand transforms. The speech bubbles and Inumaki’s eyes illuminate with a ghostly green glow, representing the activation of his cursed energy.

• Panoramic Portraiture: The left hand features a panoramic view of Inumaki, with the art flowing seamlessly across multiple nails to capture the full detail of his hair and uniform.
