"Your Hands Are Cold": Emily’s Custom Pride & Prejudice Masterpiece
Some stories are simply timeless, and for our client Emily, Jane Austen’s Pride & Prejudice provided the ultimate romantic inspiration. We designed this 10-piece collection to capture the atmospheric longing and Regency-era elegance of the 2005 film, blending photorealistic character portraits with delicate, hand-sculpted gold filigree.
The Consultation: Regency Romance in Detail
Emily wanted a set that focused on the most iconic moments between Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy. We selected a Short Almond shape to provide an elegant, sweeping canvas for the intricate hand-painted scenery.

The "Must-Have" Moments: The centerpiece of the design had to be the dawn proposal scene, rendered with cinematic precision across two nails.

The Extra Sparkle: To capture the "spark" between the characters, Emily opted for subtle, high-shine gold borders and 3D floral accents.

3D Gold Filigree: As seen in our progress footage, we utilized a raised gold medium to sculpt the delicate vines and leaves that weave between the portraits, providing a tactile, jewelry-like feel.

Scenic Landscapes: We hand-painted the misty morning fields and the grand architecture of Pemberley, using microscopic brushstrokes to create a sense of vastness and cinematic depth.
