Operations Associate

We are seeking an Operations Associate who is passionate, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. You should also possess strong communication skills and a general interest in understanding the Pamper Artists, customers, and business model.

Operations Associates will have exposure to some areas of the business. You will attend development, packaging, and milestone meetings, as well as product shoots and/or classes. You will be an active participant in meetings with the goal and opportunity to eventually move up to more senior operations positions within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily activities that supports product development
  • Communicate changes in product assortments and messaging to the appropriate members of the cross-functional team on a timely basis; actively listen to all members of the cross-functional team to ensure that tasks are well integrated
  • Build strong partnerships with other members of the cross-functional team and brand counterparts to ensure we meet our goals, targets, and deliveries of product within our price/value equation
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills through cooperating with cross-functional teams


Qualifications

  • Possess the ability to prioritize projects when necessary
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including follow-up communication to supervisor and/or cross-functional partners

Junior Staff Artist

Qualifications

  • Performs basic nail art techniques, such as French manicure, half-moon, cat eye, embellishments, etc.
  • Expertise in advanced nail techniques (including but not limited to airbrushing and acrylic) is a plus!

Staff Artist

Qualifications

  • Some experience in painting 2D & 3D characters (nail art preferred)
  • Talent for visual communication and strong drawing skills

Lead Product Photographer

Fremont, CA

We are seeking a Lead Product Photographer who has an eye for design and a passion for storytelling through product photos. You should also possess strong communication skills and an interest in understanding the company’s aesthetic, customer base, and business model. This role reports to the Head of Product at Pamper.

The Lead Product Photographer will have exposure new product releases and play key part in launching new collections, conceiving of new collections, and conveying artists' visions in the product photos themselves. You will attend development, design, and milestone meetings. Lead Product Photographer will have career growth opportunities in areas including but not limited to design, editorial, marketing, and video production at the company.

  • Work with freelance or full time hand models to create aesthetically pleasing shoots showcasing our large and growing catalogue of elaborate nail designs.
  • Play key part in establishing design guide for the company.
  • Collaborate with staff artists in creative design.
  • Edit photos and video clips for use on our e-commerce site and social media channels.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills through cooperating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
